Not AI is our third collaboration with Rigby Roastery — a collab that keeps expanding on our love for approachable high quality coffee.

We tasted, we argued, and tasted again landing on a natural process from Burundi — Busasa farm, Muyinga. Fuji apple up front, red grape in the middle, and a caramel finish that sticks around. Sweet without being shy about it.
