All Purchases (In-Store & Online)

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online).

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags attached.

Other items must be unused and in original condition (including candles, pantry items, grooming, and beauty products).

Returns without proof of purchase are eligible for store credit only.

Final Sale: Sale items, books, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

For online returns, email orders@cityandstate.us to request a prepaid return label and instructions.

For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the item and make a new purchase.

Store credit is issued on a gift card.
