Drip

• Ratio: 1:16
• 60g of coffee
• 34oz of water
• Makes roughly 3 cups

Want a smaller batch? 30g of coffee to about 17oz of water. Same ratio, makes about a cup and a half.

• 60g medium-coarse ground coffee
• 34oz water
• Drip machine of your choice

Slightly coarser than the middle setting on your grinder. You’re looking for something that resembles sea salt. If you’d rather not guess, we can grind your beans in the shop — just ask.

Add your filter and grounds to the brewing basket. Run a cycle according to your machine’s directions. That’s it, player.

• Too strong — use a little less coffee next time.
• Watery or slightly sour — grind a touch finer before you increase the amount. The grind is usually the issue before the dose is.
