In honor of our founder's favorite cocktail on Shotwell Candy's 10th anniversary (an "Old Fashioned"), we've created an "old fashioned" cocktail caramel that features soft caramel blended with barrel aged bourbon, cocktail bitters, orange zest and Luxardo cocktail cherries; and then enrobed in a rich dark chocolate.
